Sales and Order Stats in Native Store

You can easily view sales and order stats for your Store, Membership, and Bookings offerings. The following stats are displayed:

• Revenue. Total sales earned during the selected time range.

• Number of orders. Number of orders placed during the selected time range.

• Average order value. Average order amount for orders placed during the selected time range. This is calculated by dividing the total revenue by the number of orders.

Note

• If you accept more than one currency, your stats are displayed separately per currency and labeled with the currency symbol or code.

• Test orders are not included in stats.

View Sale and Order Stats

To view sale and order stats:

1. In the side panel, click Store, then click Store Management.

2. Click Orders.

3. Apply relevant filters. Following are the filter options:

   • Time range. Options are: today, last 7 days, last month, last 3 months, or lifetime.

   • Order source. Which product the order came from; Store, Membership, or Bookings. Note this filter is not available if you only use one product.

   • Payment status. Paid, pending, refunded, failed, and canceled.

   • Purchase type. One time or subscription (both Membership and Subscription).
