How we price our work and what you can expect when we scope and quote your project.
Experience and qualifications
In all of the service areas we offer — from marketing websites and e-commerce to web applications and WebCare™ support — we use a range of teams and individuals to carry out your work. Who works on your project will vary depending on its complexity; we match the type of work to the experience and qualifications of the people involved.
Standard hourly rates
For the avoidance of doubt, we have different levels of experience and their hourly fees differ to reflect their expertise. They are as follows:

WebCare™ hourly rate
For clients on a WebCare™ retainer, our hourly rate is discounted where work falls within your allocated support hours.

Our team includes developers and designers with years of experience across different types of web work. Usually, Partners or Technical Leads head up project teams, supported by Senior and Mid-level Developers, and by Junior Developers or Trainees where appropriate. Many of our Senior Developers have been working in the field for more than 10 years, leading some of our most demanding projects to a successful conclusion.
Our Developers and Designers have experience across the full stack and in specialist areas such as accessibility, performance and e-commerce. They keep their skills up to date so we can give you the best possible outcome. Mid-level team members typically have between 1 and 10 years of experience in their area. We ensure that junior staff are supported and supervised appropriately so that the quality of delivery is consistent regardless of who is working on your project.
We also work with Junior Developers and Trainees who carry out much of the day-to-day implementation on projects. Whilst they are building their experience, they work under the direct supervision of a Senior Developer or Technical Lead with at least 5 years of relevant experience, so that standards and consistency are maintained.
Web Hosting
We offer web hosting with SSL, backups and support. Pricing varies by plan and usage; the rates below are indicative.
Our web hosting rates are as follows:

Email hosting
We offer professional email hosting with spam protection. Mailboxes include 40 GB storage with IMAP and SMTP access. Pricing varies by plan and usage; the rates below are indicative.
